Terms and Conditions: Sunshine Real Estate Academy
Last Updated: December 20 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Sunshine Real Estate Academy (“the Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any course, including Pre-Licensing, Post-Licensing, Exam Prep, or Continuing Education, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. No-Refund and Final Sale Policy
Due to the digital nature of our educational content and the immediate access granted to proprietary materials upon purchase, all sales are final. * Once a student has accessed the online portal, downloaded materials, or attended a live session, no refunds will be issued.
Registration fees are non-transferable to other students.
2. Chargeback Policy & Dispute Resolution
By purchasing a course, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the course curriculum and requirements.
Preventing Fraudulent Chargebacks: You agree that you will not initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider for any services rendered or digital access provided.
Documentation: In the event of a chargeback dispute, the Academy will provide this signed agreement and digital logs (IP addresses, login times, and course progress) as proof of service delivery.
Recovery of Fees: If a chargeback is initiated and found in favor of the Academy, the student agrees to pay a $150 administrative fee plus any legal or collection costs incurred by the Academy.
3. Student Conduct & “The Sunshine Experience”
We provide a “nurturing learning atmosphere.” To protect this environment:
We reserve the right to remove any student from a course (online or in-person) who displays abusive, harassing, or disruptive behavior toward instructors or fellow students.
No refunds will be provided if a student is removed for conduct violations.
4. Professional Results Disclaimer
While we are a “Leading Real Estate Education Platform,” Sunshine Real Estate Academy does not guarantee that a student will pass the State Licensing Exam or obtain employment.
Success depends on the studentโs individual effort and study habits.
Our courses are designed to meet Florida state requirements, but the final responsibility for licensing lies with the student and the state regulatory body.
5. Course Access & Expiration
Access Periods: Online courses are available for a specific duration (e.g., 6 months or 1 year) as stated at the time of purchase.
Extensions: Requests for extensions due to personal circumstances are at the sole discretion of the Academy and may be subject to additional fees.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, including videos, text, exam prep questions, and “The Sunshine Experience” branding, are the intellectual property of Sunshine Real Estate Academy. Recording of live sessions or sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
7. Contact Information
For any concerns or support, students must contact us directly before seeking third-party mediation:

Implementation Tips for Your Website:
The “I Agree” Checkbox: On your WordPress/Tutor LMS checkout page, ensure the student must click a checkbox that says: “I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, including the No-Refund and Chargeback Policy.”
Proof of Content: Since you use Tutor LMS, keep records of the student’s “Percent Complete” stats. If a student tries to chargeback saying “I never used it,” your LMS data is your best defense.
Sensitive Info Security: I noticed you included your WordPress and GoDaddy passwords in your prompt. Please change those passwords immediately, as sharing them in a chat interface (or having them stored in a history) can be a security risk.
