Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

At Sunshine Real Estate Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality, professional education. Because our courses provide immediate access to digital proprietary content, intellectual property, and state-regulated curriculum, all registrations and purchases are final. No refunds will be issued once a purchase is completed.

2. Digital Access & Intellectual Property

By purchasing a course (including Pre-Licensing, Post-Licensing, and Exam Prep), you gain immediate access to our online learning portal. As this content cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds, credits, or course swaps once the login credentials have been issued or the course has been accessed.

3. Student Responsibility

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they meet the state requirements for their specific license and have a compatible device to access the materials. The Academy is not responsible for:

• A student’s failure to pass the state exam.

• Changes in a student’s personal or professional schedule.

• A student’s failure to complete the course within the designated access period.

4. Chargeback Policy (Notice to Banks)

By checking the “I Agree” box at checkout, you acknowledge this No-Refund Policy. Sunshine Real Estate Academy has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent chargebacks. * If a student initiates a chargeback for a completed purchase, we will submit all login logs, course progress data, and this signed agreement to the financial institution as proof of service.

• Any accounts associated with a chargeback will be immediately terminated, and the student will be barred from future enrollment at the Academy.

5. Course Extensions

If a student cannot complete a course within the allotted timeframe due to extreme extenuating circumstances, an extension may be granted at the sole discretion of the Academy management. Extension fees may apply.
