Sunshine Real Estate Academy is committed to providing high-quality real estate education in a professional, respectful, and supportive learning environment. The following policies and procedures outline the expectations, responsibilities, and operational guidelines for all students enrolled in our programs.
By enrolling in any course offered by Sunshine Real Estate Academy, students agree to comply with these policies.
1. Enrollment Policy
Students must complete the registration process and submit full payment before gaining access to course materials.
Enrollment includes:
Access to the online learning platform
Course materials and resources
Instructor-led sessions (if applicable)
Students must provide accurate personal information during registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of course access.
2. Course Access Policy
Course access begins immediately after successful enrollment and payment confirmation.
Access duration varies depending on the course and is typically:
6 months for standard courses
Up to 12 months for extended programs
Students are responsible for completing the course within the access period.
If a course expires before completion, students may request an extension, which may involve additional fees.
3. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to:
Participate actively in course activities
Complete assignments and coursework honestly
Maintain professionalism when communicating with instructors and other students
Protect their login credentials
Sharing account access with another person is strictly prohibited.
4. Attendance Policy (Live or Virtual Classes)
For courses that include live or scheduled sessions:
Students must attend classes on time and remain present for the full duration.
Excessive absence may prevent course completion or eligibility for certification where attendance requirements apply.
Students should notify the Academy if they are unable to attend a scheduled session.
5. Academic Integrity Policy
Sunshine Real Estate Academy expects students to uphold the highest standards of academic honesty.
The following actions are prohibited:
Cheating on quizzes or exams
Copying answers from other students
Sharing exam materials or course content
Using unauthorized assistance during assessments
Violation of this policy may result in:
Course termination
Loss of access without refund
Possible reporting to licensing authorities if required
6. Student Conduct Policy
We are committed to providing a respectful and supportive learning environment known as the “Sunshine Experience.”
Students must not engage in:
Harassment or abusive language
Disruptive behavior during classes
Threatening or discriminatory conduct
The Academy reserves the right to remove any student who violates these standards.
Students removed due to misconduct will not receive a refund.
7. Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology to access course materials, including:
Reliable internet connection
Updated web browser
Compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
The Academy is not responsible for issues caused by a student’s personal device or internet connection.
8. Communication Policy
Students are encouraged to contact the Academy with questions or concerns.

9. Certification and Course Completion
Students must meet all course requirements to successfully complete a program.

Certificates of completion will be issued only after all requirements are satisfied.
10. Intellectual Property Policy
All course materials, including:
Videos
Text lessons
Practice exams
Study guides
Branding and proprietary methods
are the intellectual property of Sunshine Real Estate Academy.
Students may not reproduce, distribute, record, or share course content without written permission.
Violations may result in immediate termination of access.
11. Policy Updates
Sunshine Real Estate Academy reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time.
Updated policies will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Students are responsible for reviewing policies periodically.
