Registration fees for workshops, seminars, conferences, and special events may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Many successful agents do not pass on their first attempt. You can retake the state exam according to DBPR guidelines, and SREA offers exam preparation resources to help you build confidence and improve your chances of success.
Yes. Upon successfully completing the course and passing the required end-of-course exam, you will receive your official course completion certificate.
In addition to your course tuition and state exam fees, new agents should plan for expenses such as license application fees, fingerprinting, MLS and association dues, brokerage fees, marketing, and continuing education.
